What we do and Who we are

We offer life changing retreats locally and in stunning destinations both within New Zealand and Overseas. Our intention with all of our retreats is to create space in our lives to restore, reconnect, find balance, insight, inspirations and turn inward so we can create and craft the life we want to live.

The reason why we created and crafted this series of mindset retreats is because we identified the huge need for guidance and support when it comes to wellbeing whether is emotional or physical wellbeing or psychological strength, we wanted to offer you a variety of programs to choose from that will allow you to transform your life into all you want it to be.

We designed these programs with a lot of intention, thought and love, each retreat is themed to target an area of wellbeing that will improve your overall quality of life All of these retreats are an amazing experience on their own but you can also combine them to gain more insight and a deeper transformation. Introduction to Living Consciously; Presence - Stillness - Awareness

                                         

This retreat offers a great opportunity to reset and find balance. A still point within the chaos, a chance to be in company with yourself without distractions to have some downtime.

We know we are all busy and our the ‘to do’ list doesn’t stop, this is why it is important to give ourselves time away to restore, rest, connect with nature and develop a few more mindfulness practices.

The Living Consciously Retreat will assist you in finding head space, ease in the body and mind. In just one weekend you can push the reset button, be still, find balance and walk away with tools and techniques to maintain balance.

Introduction to Living in Gratitude: Contentment - Joy - Appreciation

 

During this retreat you’ll explore the deep and nourishing qualities of gratitude and joy of what is. Being happy is about acknowledging our gratitude for what we have at that moment, for what we have done, for every success we have achieved.

Our days are our life in miniature so how we spend each day determines our Lives. What, then, is more important than cultivating gratitude?

What we have today is what we once wanted before, but for some reason this never seems to be enough to find joy and contentment. We are constantly made to feel like we are lacking and always ‘wanting’ more, looking towards external factors to make us feel good within.

Living in Gratitude retreat will assist you in recognising that your life is a gift; each moment is given to you to be lived fully and with appreciation.

The lack of work life balance is becoming very common these day and it can leave us drained mentally, emotionally and physically, with little to give friends and family – and ourselves.

Without ample time to recharge and be away from the rigours of our jobs and all our daily demands, we’re unable to be at our best. Living in harmony is being able to bring balance, maintaining not only our happiness and well-being but also our physical health. In this retreat we will take time to pause, slow down, and bring back the joy, balance, and harmony of life. This retreat is a great complement to a busy life, where you give a little time for yourself to balance from all your doings and demands. During this retreat you will start to design the strategy to achieve happiness and fulfilment. You will create your life vision. A vision is a mental picture of the result you want to achieve, a picture so clear and strong it will help make that result real. A vision inspires action. A powerful vision pulls in ideas, people and other resources. It creates the energy and will to make change happen.

In order to understand where we want ourselves to be in life, we must have a clear vision over our life. So, once you understand that vision, life will become simpler and more meaningful.

We look at all aspects of life, from your physical performance, focus, energy levels, emotional intelligence to clarity of self and vision; integrating all aspect of life to create a fullfeed, successful yet balance life.
